Asphodel was born in 2010 as Hong Kong’s first CrossFit affiliate, the first in Greater China and one of the first in Asia. It is more than a gym but a programme that cherishes“WE”as a community, driving physical and mental fitness through a support network.

Monday to Friday: 6am to 8:30pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday: 10am to 12pm
